established in Jeddah back in 2013, under the patronage of the Italian Consulate General and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Jeddah. During our first years of activity, we focused primarily on creating synergies between the Italian and Saudi business community by means of events catering topics such as business promotion and lifestyle-fashion, design, food, culture, sport and tourism-some of the most loved and appreciated Made in Italy in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to serve as bridge between Saudi and Italian entrepreneurs through a networking-based system aimed at facilitating business opportunities. ISBG’s strength is the wide network of contacts built in many years of relations with Italy and KSA.
ISBG contributed to relaunching the image of Italian excellencies in KSA, consolidated an extended network based on personal and direct relations with owners and C-levels of major companies and local groups. These synergies enabled ISBG the unique and exclusive assets to directly reach some of the most high-end business vertexes, empowering us and our member to deliver and convey their messages efficiently. We worked and coordinated events such as Vogue fashion experience: Jeddah, Italian Cusine Week (the annual cycle of events catered for Italian food excellencie), and Design Day (centered on the pormotion of the Salone del Mobile in Milano). We organized and coordinated prestigious promotional events such as Fashion & Jewelry Show by Rubaiyat, cultural events such as the first contemporary ballet show in Jeddah and numerous concerts. Moreover, many networking events and round tables were organized for projects such as the “Italian Food Awareness in KSA” and we supported Lazio Football Club mission in preparation to the 2019 Supercoppa FInal in Riyadh.

Becoming a new member depends solely on ISBG’s capacity to be useful to your business. Based on business typology and your business needs, ISBG will evaluate in a timely manner its capacity to provide efficient support for your requests.
In order to become a member, you must complete a pre-qualification form online. If your business and ISBG are a good fit, you will receive an invite for a phone interview. During the phone interview, you will be asked to share information about your business/industry and your desired targets within the Kingdom. ISBG will evaluate its own ability to meet your needs regarding market demand and business reach. You will receive an answer within a short amount of time from the Directive Board regarding whether the demand can be met.
ISBG’s main strength is its ability to network within Saudi Arabia, to create synergies between the two countries regarding what are perceived as the Made in Italy excellencies. Active and prospective members able to create and share unique content both online and offline will surely benefit the most from ISBG’s network in terms of visibility and reach.
The Ambassador operates as the voice of ISBG by sharing its philosophy. This person pursues the objectives of the Brand Ambassador Program which consists of consolidating ISBG’s brand, leading conversion rates and generating new members, reaching new markets, growing social media following, promoting trust and fidelity in clients and members while maintaining strategic alliances based on mutual interest and promoting Italian culture and lifestyle. The Ambassador application is evaluated by ISBG’s Directive Board.
Due to the difficult situation created by COVID-19, the Directive Board has decided to cancel the administrative fee for the current year.
ISBG is a non-for-profit organization which finances its promotional activities through membership fees and voluntary donations from members and supporters. The revenue obtained from the above-mentioned sources is solely used to support statutory activities by which ISBG emits regular invoice. As a result of the activation of “Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore” coming shortly, it will be possible to apply the disposition present in D. Lgs 117/2017. Donations usually come from supporters and may be used for single events or specific activities such as initiatives or the day-to-day running of the association. Donations can be single or recurrent.
